Vendor Application Process

Food Vendor Notice: All food vendors MUST have either a City Mobile Food Vendor Permit OR a Hays County Food Handlers Permit. Those with the Food Handlers Permit only will have to submit a copy of the document to your festival coordinator.

Important Notice for All Fiesta Vendors: We are thrilled to have you join us at Fiesta San Marcos! As a family-friendly event, we kindly remind all vendors to ensure their booths are suitable for attendees of all ages. Please note that to maintain the event’s celebratory spirit, we are not hosting political organizations or social cause booths this year. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. Thank you for making this festival a fun and inclusive experience!
